Strawberry Spinach Salad

1 container strawberries sliced
1 bag spinach
1 small red onion sliced in rings
sliced almonds

dressing:
1 C good olive oil or salad oil
1/3 C rice vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 C sugar (depends on preference)
2 Tbsp sesame seed
dash of salt and pepper
whisk, then toss with salad
